„Der vorderste unter meinen Mönchsschülern, was das Hervorbringen eines geistgeschaffenen Körpers betrifft, ist Cūḷapanthaka.

… die frei von Unfrieden leben, ist Subhūti.

… die einer religiösen Gabe würdig sind, ist Subhūti.

… die in der Wildnis leben, ist Revata vom Akazienwald.

… die Vertiefung üben, ist Revata der Zweifler.

… die energisch sind, ist Soṇa Koḷivisa.

… die sich gut ausdrücken, ist Soṇa mit den gespitzten Ohren.

… die viele Güter erhalten, ist Sīvali.

… die sich dem Vertrauen weihen, ist Vakkalī.“

“The foremost of my monk disciples in creating a mind-made body is Cūḷapanthaka.

… who are skilled in the evolution of consciousness is Cūḷapanthaka.

… who are skilled in the evolution of perception is Mahāpanthaka.

… who live without strife is Subhūti.

… who are worthy of a religious donation is Subhūti.

… who stay in the wilderness is Revata of the Acacia Wood.

… who practice absorption is Revata the Doubter.

… who are energetic is Soṇa Koḷivisa.

… who enunciate well is Soṇa of the Sharp Ears.

… who receive many possessions is Sīvali.

… who are committed to faith is Vakkalī.”

“Etadaggaṁ, bhikkhave, mama sāvakānaṁ bhikkhūnaṁ manomayaṁ kāyaṁ abhinimminantānaṁ yadidaṁ cūḷapanthako.

… Cetovivaṭṭakusalānaṁ yadidaṁ cūḷapanthako.

… Saññāvivaṭṭakusalānaṁ yadidaṁ mahāpanthako.

… Araṇavihārīnaṁ yadidaṁ subhūti.

… Dakkhiṇeyyānaṁ yadidaṁ subhūti.

… Āraññakānaṁ yadidaṁ revato khadiravaniyo.

… Jhāyīnaṁ yadidaṁ kaṅkhārevato.

… Āraddhavīriyānaṁ yadidaṁ soṇo koḷiviso.

… Kalyāṇavākkaraṇānaṁ yadidaṁ soṇo kuṭikaṇṇo.

… Lābhīnaṁ yadidaṁ sīvali.

… Saddhādhimuttānaṁ yadidaṁ vakkalī”ti.
