„Mönche und Nonnen, vier Dinge sind eine große Hilfe für einen Menschen. Welche vier? Umgang mit wahren Menschen, der wahren Lehre zuhören, wohlüberlegter Gebrauch des Geistes und im Einklang mit der Lehre üben. Das sind die vier Dinge, die eine große Hilfe für einen Menschen sind.“
