Wahrnehmungen (2)
„Mönche und Nonnen, wenn fünf Wahrnehmungen entwickelt und gemehrt werden, bringen sie reiche Frucht und großen Vorteil. Sie gipfeln in dem, das frei vom Tod ist, und enden in dem, das frei vom Tod ist. Welche fünf? Die Wahrnehmung der Unbeständigkeit, die Wahrnehmung des Fehlens eines Selbst, die Wahrnehmung des Todes, die Wahrnehmung der Widerwärtigkeit der Nahrung und die Wahrnehmung der Entfremdung von der ganzen Welt. Wenn diese fünf Wahrnehmungen entwickelt und gemehrt werden, bringen sie reiche Frucht und großen Vorteil. Sie gipfeln in dem, das frei vom Tod ist, und enden in dem, das frei vom Tod ist.“

“Mendicants, these five perceptions, when developed and cultivated, are very fruitful and beneficial. They have freedom from death as their objective and culmination. What five? The perceptions of impermanence, not-self, death, repulsiveness of food, and dissatisfaction with the whole world. These five perceptions, when developed and cultivated, are very fruitful and beneficial. They have freedom from death as their objective and culmination.”

“Pañcimā, bhikkhave, saññā bhāvitā bahulīkatā mahapphalā honti mahānisaṁsā amatogadhā amatapariyosānā. Katamā pañca? Aniccasaññā, anattasaññā, maraṇasaññā, āhāre paṭikūlasaññā, sabbaloke anabhiratasaññā— imā kho, bhikkhave, pañca saññā bhāvitā bahulīkatā mahapphalā honti mahānisaṁsā amatogadhā amatapariyosānā”ti.
