The king asked: “Venerable Nāgasena, is an experiencer to be found?” The elder responded: “According to ultimate reality, an experiencer is not to be found.”

Rājā āha— “bhante nāgasena, vedagū upalabbhatī”ti? Thero āha— “paramatthena kho, mahārāja, vedagū nupalabbhatī”ti.
