“Nibbute lokamahite,
āhutīnaṁ paṭiggahe;
Siddhatthamhi bhagavati,
mahāthūpamaho ahu.

Mahe pavattamānamhi,
siddhatthassa mahesino;
Umāpupphaṁ gahetvāna,
thūpamhi abhiropayiṁ.

Catunnavutito kappe,
yaṁ pupphamabhiropayiṁ;
Duggatiṁ nābhijānāmi,
thūpapūjāyidaṁ phalaṁ.

Ito ca navame kappe,
somadevasanāmakā;
Pañcāsītisu rājāno,
cakkavattī mahabbalā.

Paṭisambhidā catasso,
…pe…
kataṁ buddhassa sāsanaṁ”.

Itthaṁ sudaṁ āyasmā umāpupphiyo thero imā gāthāyo abhāsitthāti.
