Ehre diesem Gesegneten,
dem ruhmreichen Sakyer!
Nachdem er das Beste erreicht hatte,
lehrte er so wunderbar die beste Lehre.

Mettaji
Homage to that Blessed One,
the glorious Sakyan!
Having reached the best,
he beautifully taught the best teaching.
