Das Ohr ist ohne Selbst. … Die Nase ist ohne Selbst. … Die Zunge ist ohne Selbst. … Der Körper ist ohne Selbst. … Der Geist ist ohne Selbst. Und was ohne Selbst ist, sollte man wahrhaftig mit rechter Weisheit so sehen: ‚Das ist nicht mein, das bin nicht ich, das ist nicht mein Selbst.‘

The ear, nose, tongue, body, and mind are not-self. And what’s not-self should be truly seen with right understanding like this: ‘This is not mine, I am not this, this is not my self.’

Seeing this … They understand: ‘… there is nothing further for this place.’”

“Cakkhuṁ, bhikkhave, anattā. Yadanattā taṁ ‘netaṁ mama, nesohamasmi, na meso attā’ti evametaṁ yathābhūtaṁ sammappaññāya daṭṭhabbaṁ.

Sotaṁ anattā …pe… ghānaṁ anattā … jivhā anattā … kāyo anattā … mano anattā. Yadanattā taṁ ‘netaṁ mama, nesohamasmi, na meso attā’ti evametaṁ yathābhūtaṁ sammappaññāya daṭṭhabbaṁ.
