Da ging ein Hauptmann der Elefantenkrieger zum Buddha … „Von diesem Tag an soll der Buddha mich als Laienschüler in Erinnerung behalten, der für sein ganzes Leben Zuflucht genommen hat.“
An Elephant Marshal
Then an elephant marshal chief went up to the Buddha … “From this day forth, may the Buddha remember me as a lay follower who has gone for refuge for life.”
