Tatra kho bhagavā pañcavaggiye bhikkhū āmantesi: “bhikkhavo”ti. “Bhadante”ti te bhikkhū bhagavato paccassosuṁ. Bhagavā etadavoca: “Rūpaṁ, bhikkhave, anattā. In Sāvatthī. “Rūpaṁ, bhikkhave, anattā, vedanā anattā, saññā anattā, saṅkhārā anattā, viññāṇaṁ anattā. “Mendicants, form, feeling, perception, choices, and consciousness are not-self. „Mönche und Nonnen, Form, Gefühl, Wahrnehmung, Willensbildungsprozesse und Bewusstsein sind ohne Selbst. Evaṁ passaṁ, bhikkhave, sutavā ariyasāvako rūpasmimpi nibbindati, vedanāyapi nibbindati, saññāyapi nibbindati, saṅkhāresupi nibbindati, viññāṇasmimpi nibbindati. Seeing this, a learned noble disciple grows disillusioned with form, feeling, perception, choices, and consciousness.
